For the logotype, Hawaii implemented a scheme of bold san serif typography arranged over three lines, integrating an oversized hyphen. This allowed us to create a series of visual interpretations playing with the idea of pattern, form, and construction, all referencing aspects of the studio’s output. These elements were then integrated across the business, from print to online. In our ongoing partnership with Phill Creates Studio, Hawaii continues to devise further elements, keeping the identity fresh and intriguing.
Hawaii designed and built a fully responsive website including a gallery of the studio’s latest work.
We produced a full set of printed stationary incorporating a separate standalone icon.
